Pre-Production
When we start a project, we need to spend some time to sit down and talk about the concept and ideas, scripts and how to execute. We also need to decide the timetable for the whole project, and recruit our crew members. After that, we will do all the bookings, locations, equipments etc.. The more time we have for the pre-production, the more smoothness will be when we shoot.
Shoot
After all the meetings and preparations, we are now ready for the shoot. We usually take 9 hours a day to finish a short video, but sometime will go up to 12 or 15 hours a day depends on the difficulty.
Post
After the shoot, we now start the post-production works including editing, sound, VFX, and color grading. We will send each preview cut to client for feedbacks. It usually takes 2 weeks or more depends on the length of the video.
EXPORT
After all the post-production process and feedbacks from client, we are almost done for the project. We will double check everything again and export the final video for the client.
